The farm has
excellent potential for vegetables and small livestock. The present
owner added a small piggery and this could be an aspect to expand.
Smaller scale poultry farming and vegetables, both in the open and
under tunnels. The prefab house of two bedrooms needs TLC to be
comfortable as an owners residence. Some outbuilding sheds are
presently used for poultry. Eskom power is connected. |
