The farm is located in the Hermansburg valley, approximately 10 kilometers from the centre of Nelspruit. The farm is 18.667 hectares in size and is currently used for the farming of avocados, comprising approximately 3,000 avocado trees.

As well as farming, being situated a leisurely 30 minutes from the Kruger park, the farm is ideally suited for conversion to other activities such as a lodge, backpackers stop, the holding of courses etc. Due to the location of the orchard, garden and the Veldt right behind the rear fence of the farm, the farm is blessed with an incredible range of birdlife and  is visited by an interesting array of wildlife.

The entire farm is fenced with palisade fencing , with two entrances, one of which (the main entrance) is entered via a remote operated  automated gate with CCTV coverage of the entrance.

The buildings on the farm include:

• Barn /Shed 120 square metres approximately, with concrete floor and fully wired for power.

• 3 Outhouses brick and concrete built, formerly used for raising broilers, suitable for many uses.

• 2 Loose Boxes/Stables.

• Roofed Outbuilding   Large area, currently divided into 5 enclosures, all with paved floor, and roof.

• Pump House.

•  Filter Station.

The farm also includes a staff compound with three buildings and a separate entrance.

Main House

A large house with large bedrooms, all with built in cupboards, the main corridor has more built in cupboards for linen etc. There are a total of 15 rooms including:

            •           TV Room

            •           Six Bedrooms

            •           Three Bathrooms

            •           Kitchen, Scullery and Pantry

The kitchen is fully fitted with granite tops, gas and electric stoves. Many electric points for all necessary appliances, space for washer and dryer and a separate pantry. 

A very large covered verandah/stoep ( 80 Square metres ) which can be used as an outdoor room. 

A large indigenous garden with Swimming Pool and stone paved area for a Lapa as well as a roofed area to be used as you wish.

House 2: A large spacious bright house with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside and all the amenities including an open plan kitchen and separate pantry. It comprises seven rooms and two small outside patios including: •Living Room •Kitchen •Two Bathrooms and  •Three Bedrooms. The house is fully fenced with an indigenous garden.

House Three: A beautiful little house which has an open plan kitchen,  a dining/sitting room with lots of sunshine and French doors to a beautiful patio and garden with views of the valley. The house has five rooms including:

Living Room/Dining Room, Bathroom, Two Bedrooms and Kitchen.

The house is fully fenced with an indigenous garden.

All of the houses are fully tiled throughout with fully functional plumbing and electrics.
