with a large cold room and a substantial store cum workshop. Nearby
is a well planned kraal for sheep or goats including dip and race
under cover. Within a separately game fenced 200ha are good cattle
crush, clamp and loading ramp. An additional 40ha camp is used for
breeding exotic game (nyala at present but also good for sable or
buffalo). |

The present owner is a well respected
hunter, safari operator and game conservationist and wishes to develop his
plans for the breeding of exotic game such as sable, buffalo, golden
wildebeest etc. An interesting option would perhaps be to structure a deal
whereby he and his wife stay on to manage the lodge whilst operating the
exotic game breeding operation on the ranch either independently or together

impala(300), blesbuck(50), eland(60), wildebeest(80), hartebeest(60),
bushbuck, ribbok, steenbok,
